Mosaic is a longform improvised show developed by disciples of Del Close in Chicago. The Armando Diaz Experience presents The Mosaic had a long successful run at the ImprovOlympic and in 2003 performed in New York at the Del Close Marathon at the UCB Theater.

Inspired by that performance, The Mosaic NY pays tribute to the form and its creators.

A suggestion from the audience inspires themes to launch a unique improvised structure, starting with one recurring source of inspiration and interspersed with organic chapters of scenes, monologues, games, and abstract ideas that evolve into a uniquely self-created intrinsically connected show that is whip smart, incredibly thought-provoking and always hilarious.
